Wonder Won't You? Fan Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The "Wonder Won't You? Fan Competition" is open to fans of the musician Harrison Storm.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.

  • The competition is open globally.

2. Entry Period:

  • The competition commenced on January 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM AEST and concludes on March 15, 2024, at 11:00 PM AEST.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must post a photo of the Harrison Storm merchandise they have received on their social media accounts, tagging Harrison Storm and using the hashtag #wonderwontyou.

  • Only entries submitted within the specified entry period will be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.

  • The random drawing will take place shortly after the competition ends.

5. Prize:

  • The winner will receive $150 AUD store credit to be used on the Harrison Storm Official Shop website.

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

6. Notification of Winner:

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.

  • If the winner does not respond within [2] days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Use of Entries:

  • By entering the competition, participants grant Harrison Storm the right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes.

8. Data and Privacy:

  • Participant information will be collected for the sole purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes and Termination:

  • Harrison Storm reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions or terminate the competition at any time.

10. Disqualification:

  • Participants may be disqualified if they violate any of the competition rules or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Liability:

  • Harrison Storm and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect the competition.
